You'll see a friendly notification asking you to upgrade. Existing employees and documents remain accessible — you just can't add new ones until you upgrade.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately. When downgrading, your existing data remains safe — you'll only be limited from creating new records beyond the lower plan's limits.
What does PEPM (Per Employee Per Month) mean?
Each plan includes a set number of employees in the base price. For example, Starter includes 50 employees. If you have more, a small per-employee fee applies only for the additional employees above the included count.
Is my data secure?
